Atlanta Injury Attorneys
The Stone Law Group was founded in 2002 by seasoned trial lawyers David Wm. Boone and William S. Stone, but our roots in Georgia go far deeper.
Before the partnership, William Stone owned his own firm, practicing out of Blakely, Georgia. Mr. Stone’s practice has run in his family since 1915, started by his grandfather, Wm. Lowery Stone. Mr. Stone’s two sons, Ryals and James, also practice with the firm, making them fifth-generation attorneys.
The Stone Law Group enjoys a national reputation, handling litigation cases in more than a dozen states.
An Established Georgia And Southeast Plaintiffs Law Firm
We are a plaintiffs law firm exclusively, handling personal injury, auto accidents and business tort cases. Our team of experienced and hardworking litigators is here to serve your best interests, guide you through the complex legal process, relieve legal burdens and secure your best possible outcome.
Your case will be prepared for trial from day one. Even if a case can be resolved through mediation or negotiation, we prepare it for courtroom litigation. Some lawyers strive to avoid litigation, and many have not produced the results that our firm has in court. We will maximize the value of your case, and we know how to stand up to heavy-handed insurance defense lawyers and big corporations.
We often use alternative dispute resolution resources to avoid litigation when possible or to shorten its course. Our team will develop the appropriate strategy for your unique circumstances, providing you with access to the full resources of our firm.
Our attorneys are licensed in several states, and we try cases at all levels of state and federal courts. We have an impressive history of significant verdicts and settlements that add up to over $500 million recovered on behalf of our clients.
Organizations such as Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, Martindale-Hubbell, the American Association for Justice, the National College of Advocacy, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Georgia Civil Justice Foundation and others have all bestowed their highest honors on members of our firm, whose combined legal experience amounts to greater than 140 years.
Each of our reputed attorneys will have strong involvement in crafting your case.
We Speak For Victims, Survivors And Others Who Have Been Wronged
We stand up for what is right. We will stand up for you and give you a strong voice for fair and just compensation.
We are ethically driven and stand by high standards of excellence. The cases that we handle are often complex and demand intricate investigation and strategic development. We do not pursue frivolous lawsuits. We pride ourselves on serving local and regional communities by eliminating negligence, corruption and fraud.
We welcome referrals from other attorneys, and we have the resources, dedication and talent to meet the challenges of any meritorious case against any type of defendant.
